Who We Are
The Carlsbad Municipal Schools Department of Special Programs and Services is dedicated to ensuring every student has the support, resources, and opportunities they need to learn, grow, and succeed. We partner with families, educators, and community members to provide high-quality instruction, specialized services, and inclusive programs that celebrate the strengths and meet the unique needs of each learner.
