About Our School
Carlsbad High School (CHS) is a vibrant learning community in Carlsbad, New Mexico, serving students in grades 9 through 12. As part of the Carlsbad Municipal School District, CHS is proud to support over 1,600 students as they grow academically, socially, and personally. Our students build a strong foundation in core subjects like math, science, English, and social studies, while also exploring their interests through a wide variety of electives in the arts, technology, and physical education. With a proud tradition of excellence in athletics and student activities, CHS offers many ways for students to get involved and develop their talents both inside and outside the classroom.
