Project Framework: “Five P’s” (Purpose, People, Place, Process, Pedagogy) introduced; draft goal statement accepted.

Modernization Needs: Address building/seismic codes, meet NM standards, and add ~67,000 GSF for 1,800-student capacity; design to support current and future academic models.

Campus Conditions: Challenges include sun/wind exposure, steep slope, lack of shade, long walking distances, and misaligned main entrances.

Student Feedback: Likes – outdoor eating, walking between buildings, open Main building, more art. Dislikes – poor bathrooms, outdated facilities, lack of greenery, no Caverns connection.
